Rushey Midwifery Led Unit
If you are healthy and at low risk for complications you may choose to have your baby on our Rushey Ward, a midwifery led unit.
Our Rushey ward has four birthing rooms, equipped to support active, natural birth in a clam and relaxed environment. Each room has a birthing ball and active birthing furniture to provide comfort during labour. We have one room with a birthing pool and the others have a bath for use during labour.
You will be supported by our midwives throughout your labour and during the birth of your baby.
