Open Meetings

Board and Council Meetings

Board and Council meetings are held face to face and are open to all staff and the public to observe. We will publish agendas and papers for the meetings before the meeting (see below). There is also an opportunity to raise questions at the Council of Governor meetings.

Meeting Etiquette

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the meeting so that we can ensure the meeting starts promptly.
• By attending the meeting you are agreeing that you will not record in either video or audio format the meeting in whole or part.
• In keeping with the Trust values, we ask that all observers respect the Chair and the speakers at the meeting, and to listen with interest and an open mind.
