Gastroenterology

Gastroenterology provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services for patients with gastrointestinal (GI) and liver diseases.

We work seamlessly with the departments of upper GI and colorectal surgery to provide the two week wait service for suspected GI cancer. In addition to general gastroenterology we offer a specialist hepatology service, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) service and hospital nutrition support team.
