Celebrating Our Chief Nursing Officer Award Winners

We’re proud to announce that 10 of our exceptional Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) have this week been honoured with prestigious Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Awards, an achievement that highlights the strength and excellence of our HCSWs.

These national awards acknowledge individuals who consistently uphold and embody our values, demonstrating extraordinary professionalism, compassion, and dedication in their daily roles.

Annette Farrell and Joel Mejia - representing Duncan Burton, Chief Nursing Officer for NHS England – visited the Trust to present the awards, and celebrate the achievements of our dedicated HCSW workforce.

Katie Prichard-Thomas, Chief Nursing Officer for the Royal Berkshire Foundation Trust said: “These prestigious awards celebrate HCSWs who are fundamental to the safe, compassionate care we provide every day, and who consistently demonstrate our values. I’m immensely proud of each of our recipients and their dedication, compassion and professionalism that shines through.”
