Planning your pregnancy
If you are thinking about becoming pregnant, there are some simple steps you and your partner can take to improve your chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy.
The charity Tommy's provide a great planning for pregnancy tool that can help you with advice and letting you know how you can improve the health of your future pregnancy.
If you are pregnant following a loss before 16 weeks your midwife will support you through your pregnancy. You may find the resources available at the Miscarriage Association helpful.
We offer specialist care and support to women and their families in pregnancies following the loss of a baby after 16 weeks through our Pregnancy After Loss Service.
