- Vaginal and vulval pain, or pain on sex (after baby is born only, we do not treat this in pregnancy)
If you develop any of these problems after 1 year post birth, please ask your GP to refer you to us.
Maternity physiotherapy is available via the PPHS from the beginning of pregnancy up until 1 year post birth.
You can access our services through our Form below, or by asking your midwife, health visitor or GP for the form. Your midwife or GP can also refer you to us themselves.
You may be given a group appointment, a one-to-one appointment, or be directed to some resources depending on the nature of your problem and your stage of pregnancy, if you’re still pregnant.
