Share your experience of hospital discharge in a national Healthwatch survey

Healthwatch England is running a national survey to better understand people's experiences of being discharged from hospital. Whether your discharge experience was positive or there were areas that could have been improved, your feedback can help shape future patient care and support.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and is open until 9 October 2026. If you have been discharged from hospital in the last 12 months, or are supporting someone who has, Healthwatch would like to hear from you.
