Annual General Meeting, 16 September 2026

This year our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 16 September 2026. The meeting will be held in the Trust Education Centre, Lecture Theatre 2, Royal Berkshire Hospital, RG1 5AN with the option to attend physically or via webinar.

Our Annual General Meeting gives our local community a chance to come and hear about your local NHS, including an in-depth look at the Trust’s performance for the year 2025/26 as well as our plans for the year ahead.

The doors will open from 3.30 pm where you can find a number of showcasing stands and departments from within the Trust.  There will also be an opportunity to meet your local Governors. 

The main event will commence at 5.30 pm. There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the Trust’s Board of Directors at the meeting or you can submit those in advance by emailing foundation.trust@royalberkshire.nhs.uk . Please submit all questions by Monday 7 September 2026.
