At the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust (RBFT) we value all our medical workforce doctors in training. We lead the way in organisational structure at training level and in other aspects including exception reporting and junior doctors' forums. We have excellent feedback across the Trust for all our training doctors.

RBFT is a forward thinking dynamic and engaged Trust, who considers our care values in all we do.The Trust aims to provide the best patient care, and our successes include being named the fastest Trust in England and Wales for Primary Angioplasty, the treatment of heart attacks. We have also achieved 'Centre of Excellence' status for our stroke services.
