If you would normally choose to visit the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading it might be worth considering the Royal Berkshire Bracknell Healthspace as an alternative. The Healthspace is also located closer to home for many Wokingham residents. It is easily accessible by car and public transport – there is a bus stop right outside and it also has plenty of free parking. For many people the overall journey time door-to-door from your home to the clinic is likely to be quicker with less traffic in Bracknell than Reading.
As well as offering cancer care such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy there is renal care including dialysis. We also offer a range of other outpatient clinics such as audiology, breast care, bariatric (weight loss), cardiology, fertility, general surgery, endocrinology, ENT, neurology, ophthalmology, dermatology, renal, trauma & Orthopaedics, rheumatology, urology, elderly care, Haematology and vascular clinic.
Blood tests are by appointment only to help ensure safe social distancing for all our patients', and take place at Bracknell Healthspace Monday - Friday between 8am – 3.30pm.

Once above details are confirmed by the patient, the Phlebotomist will take the bloods.

The clinic also offers free Wi-Fi, a welcoming coffee shop and friendly staff. All of the services are delivered to the same high standard as those offered at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading.
Bracknell Healthspace, Brants Bridge is situated on the north western corner of the A329 London Road/A322 Broad Lane roundabout junction in Bracknell. There is a bus shelter with seating outside Bracknell Healthspace on Broad Lane. This is served by Courtney Buses 156 which operates to Bracknell town centre regularly throughout the day.
Green Line 702/703 operate around the corner from the Healthspace along London Road with bus stops.
On foot or bike
Cycle links are provided to alongside the footpath.
Car parking, including disabled-only spaces, is available for patients on the ground level and is free of charge.
Cycle racks and motorcycle parks are also available on the ground level.
Public toilets are located on both the ground and first floor and there is a nappy change facility on the ground floor.
Wheelchairs are available from the building main entrance.
