How can I get a referral to maternity physio?

If you experience any of the above problems, speak to your midwife, GP or obstetric hospital doctor and they will refer you to physiotherapy.

Where are the maternity physiotherapists based?

We are based in Royal Berkshire Hospital Physiotherapy East on East Drive, the building next to A+E and opposite the car park barriers.  We work Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00 hrs.  We also visit the postnatal wards in the morning between 08:00 and 11:00 hrs, where we see postnatal women who have been referred to physio on the wards.
