How to find us

We run clinics at multiple sites; please check your appointment letter to ensure you attend the correct site. Below you will find site-specific directions for your appointment location.

Paid parking is available in the multi-storey car park, or pay and display parking is available on the surrounding roads.

Children's and Adults audiology are separately located; please see your appointment letter for location information specific to your appointment. If you have any questions please ring our administrative team on 0118 322 7238.

Parking is available at the front of the hospital; this uses 'automatic number plate recognition' (ANPR). Please remember to enter your number plate into the tablet at reception (even if you are a blue badge holder), to ensure that you are not charged for parking.

Please note audiology have clinic rooms both on the ground floor and on the second floor of the hospital. The relevant floor should be on your appointment letter however if you are unsure, please report to the main reception for advice.

For appointments on the ground floor:

Please report to the main reception. This will be directly in front of you as you enter the main entrance of the hospital. The receptionist will check you in and ask you to take a seat in the waiting room, which is just next to the desk.

For appointments on the second floor:

On entering the hospital via the main entrance, go through the double doors on your left. Turn into the first corridor on your right. You should then see signs for lifts/stairs on your left.

Lift: press for level 2, when you exit the lift on level 2, the double doors leading to ENT/Audiology will be directly in front of you.

Stairs: when you exit the stairwell on level 2 the double doors leading to ENT/Audiology will be on your left.

You will see a reception desk directly in front of you, the receptionist will check you in and ask you to take a seat in the waiting room.

Audiology clinics are run in the Outpatients department of the West Berkshire Community hospital.

On entering the hospital via the main entrance, turn right. Walk down the corridor and turn right again, following signs for 'Outpatients'.

Please check in at the outpatient reception, the receptionist will check you in and ask you to take a seat on the red chairs in the waiting room.

Please note Bracknell Healthspace may also be referred to as 'Royal Berkshire Bracknell clinic' or 'Bracknell urgent care centre'. Free parking is available at the front of the hospital.

On entering the hospital via the main entrance (which is located on the ground floor), please check in with the receptionist. They can then provide directions to the audiology waiting room which is located on the first floor; this can be accessed via the lift or stairs.

Lift: Take the lift to level 1, when you exit the lift, turn right and walk past 'Blood tests', you will see a black door in the corner marked 'audiology', which leads to the waiting room.

Stairs: Go up the stairs to level one, turn left, the second door on your right is marked 'audiology' and leads to the waiting room.

Please take a seat in this waiting area and your audiologist will call you as soon as possible.

Free parking is available at the front of the hospital.

On arrival, please check in at the main reception; the reception desk is located in the middle of the hospital and is signposted from all entrances. There is a small waiting area in front of the reception desk where you will be asked to wait; your audiologist will call you from here.

Pay and display parking is available at the front of the hospital; please ensure you purchase the correct ticket for your length of stay to avoid charges. 

Please note, you do not need to check-in for your audiology appointment. Please take a seat in the outpatients waiting room; the audiologist will call you from here when it is time for your appointment.

To find the waiting room, follow signs to the main reception. Take the corridor on the left-hand side of the reception (when facing the desk). At the end of this corridor turn left (following signs for 'outpatients'); the waiting room is the third door on your left and is marked with a sign. Please take a seat in here, your audiologist will come and find you when they are ready.
