Christmas opening hours for a pharmacy near you

NHS England

Pharmacies across Thames Valley have restricted opening hours over Christmas. Offering advice on common illness and the best medicines to treat them make sure you know which ones are open.

While some pharmacies are directed by NHS England to open on Christmas Day, others may open voluntarily, and patients are advised to check if the pharmacy is open before travelling.

To find details of the nearest pharmacy opening hours over the Christmas period please visit NHS England South website

If you or someone you care for requires medicines regularly, don’t forget to make sure you order and collect repeat prescriptions in good time to ensure you have enough medicine to cover the festive period.

People can order and renew prescriptions through the GP Online Service provided by NHS England. You can find out more about this service by visiting www.nhs.uk

Please keep in mind your GP surgery will have reduced opening hours over Christmas and New Year, we recommend you check opening hours with your local surgery.
For minor injuries and illnesses please visit your nearest walk-in centre or minor injuries unit (MIU) www.nhs.uk
