Have you experienced excellent care from one of our staff or volunteers? Whether it is a nurse who has helped reassure you when you've felt nervous, or one of our catering team who have gone the extra mile to accommodate you - nominate them for a Hospital Hero Award.

Our Hospital Hero awards are a chance for patients and visitors to say thank you to our staff who have made a real difference during their care. Complete the nomination form below to say thank you - your entry will then be shared with the person you are nominating directly. All entries will be judged each month by a panel of patient leaders, who then present the best with a certificate in recognition of their work.
