The Berkshire Cancer Centre is
one
of the two cancer centres in the Thames Valley area, providing
cancer services to people across Berkshire and areas of South
Oxfordshire.
We provide chemotherapy, radiotherapy
and palliative care services.
There is a dedicated cancer and haematology ward (Adelaide), a
specialist cancer outpatients department and radiotherapy and
chemotherapy units.
The Berkshire Cancer Centre (BCC) sees patients diagnosed with a
range of cancers including:
- bowel cancer (link to

- brain tumours
- breast cancer (link to

- gynaecological cancers including ovarian, cervical, and
endometrium
- lymphomas
- cancers of the head and neck
- lung cancer (link to

- cancers of the
oesophagus,

- skin cancer (link to

- urological cancers such as cancer of the prostate, bladder,
kidney and testicular cancer
Patients are referred to the
Outpatients Department by other doctors when a diagnosis
of cancer has been made and treatment is required.

King Edward – a day unit for the treatment of patients needing
chemotherapy and or supportive therapy for cancer or haematological
conditions

Located in the Berkshire Cancer Centre which can be accessed on
one level from the London Road Car Park (Disabled Parking
available), the Redlands Road entrance with a drop off point for
cars and the entrance near Medical Photography on West
Drive. Disabled Parking is available in West Drive
Buildings.

London Road car park. Enter the RBH at the old main entrance.
Turn right and follow the signs for the Radiotherapy Department.
