Hurley Ward is a “step down” unit that focuses on rehabilitating older people to enable them to recover, regain strength, skills and function prior to returning home.
Our aim of care is led by patients’ individual needs. A multi-disciplinary team consisting of Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Doctors will work closely with you, your carers and community services to achieve realistic goals.
