Adelaide Ward

Adelaide Ward is a mixed ward that treats mainly acute haematology and oncology patients. Patients on the ward may be receiving radiotherapy, chemotherapy, palliative and supportive therapies or symptom management.


Open visiting, two visitors per patient at any one time. Please speak to a manager or the nurse in charge before bringing children.

How to get here

Adelaide is on level 2 of Battle Block, at the end nearest North block. The easiest access is through the London Road entrance. There is a small pay and display car park there, with additional parking in the multi-storey on Craven Road.
