Local involvement networks (LINks)

Link up to a healthier Berkshire - everyone is invited to help shape
health and social care services.

Local involvement networks (LINks) have been set up by the Government through the Department of Health to give communities a stronger voice in how health and social care services are delivered.

The beauty of the LINk is that anyone can get involved in shaping how health and social care provision is delivered in their area - health and social care are concerns that affect everyone.

The LINk will consider any health or social care issue. It does not deal with individual complaints, but anyone can refer a concern and anyone can provide feedback on their health and social care.

Each of the unitary authorities have a LINk. To learn more about the LINk in your area, find out about forthcoming events, see what projects are being undertaken or contact us, visit the website link on the right hand side of this page.
