As part of our commitment to ensure equal
access for all our patients, the Trust has contracts with both
foreign language and British Sign Language (BSL) interpreting
services.
If you or your relative has
communication needs, please contact (or ask a representative to
contact) the telephone or fax number on the appointment letter or
card received and ask them to arrange an appropriate
interpreter.
The Trust has developed a number of leaflets in Polish, Urdu and
Punjabi and documents can be made available in other languages and
large print or Braille on request.
