The bereavement team
offers support to the relatives and friends of people who have died
in hospital.
Patients and
carers can get involved in improving and developing services at the
Trust in a number of ways.
The information zone is a one stop shop for
health information for patients, relatives, carers, visitors and
staff.
As part
of our commitment to ensure equal access for all our patients, the
Trust has contracts with both foreign language and British Sign
Language interpreting services.
