If you or your relative has communication needs, please contact (or ask a representative to contact) the telephone or fax number on the appointment letter or card received and ask them to arrange an appropriate interpreter.
The Trust has developed a number of leaflets in Polish, Nepali, Punjabi and Urdu and documents can be made available in other languages and large print, easy read or Braille on request.
