at Prince Charles Eye Unit
The Eye Unit is on the ground floor of
the King Edward VII Hospital, clearly signposted from main
reception.
Volunteer hosts/hostesses are available
to help you at the King Edward VII Hospital's main reception desk.
Wheelchairs are also available from the main reception.
By Rail:
King Edward VII Hospital is on the edge of
Windsor town centre, about 15 minutes walk from the central railway
station.
By Bus:
There is regular bus service from Windsor town centre to the bus
stop directly outside the hospital, on St. Leonard's Road.
By Car:
The hospital is signposted on the approach to Windsor from all
major roads.
Car Parking:
Car parking is available at King Edward VII Hospital, adjacent to
the Eye Unit. However, spaces are limited. There are four spaces
for disabled drivers next to the main entrance and four in the main
car park close to the main entrance. We recommend allowing extra
time to find a space if you come by car. Please
note that parking charges apply.
Getting to
the Prince Charles Eye Unit, Windsor
This is a day unit and will
close at 6pm.
