Diabetics with proteinuria >1g/24 hours or CKD stage 3 4. Isolated Proteinuria (>1g/24hours) 5. Any proteinuria with haematuria 6. Inherited or structural renal disorder (eg PKD, pyelonephritis) 7. Metabolic investigation of recurrent renal stone formation 8.
