The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust
offers Two Week Wait, urgent and routine new outpatient referrals
through Choose and Book for most services (exclusions include
cancer and maternity).
GPs should please attach referrals to
the Choose and Book unique booking reference number within three
working days of the decision to refer.
You can book an appointment with the patient in your surgery if
you wish, or the patient may book independently.
Two Week Wait cancer referrals should be sent
via Choose and Book or faxed to the Cancer Referral Point FAX: 0118
322 6698.
