organisations and staff to support the delivery of high quality

Healthcare Commission – annual check
In 2009 the Healthcare Commission's
annual health check rated the Trust as:
- EXCELLENT for its use
of resources
- GOOD for the quality of
services

Service user surveys
From time to time, the Trust undertakes patient surveys from our
Patient Relations Team.
