As a Foundation Trust we have a Council
of Governors. The majority of governors are elected by the members
of the Trust.
The Council plays a crucial role in
representing the needs and wishes of the community and in holding
the Board to account. It has important duties such as the
appointment of the non-executive directors of the Trust Board,
including the Chairman.
Our Governors represent the communities we serve, our staff and
our key partners. They provide sterling service in
representing the views of our members and the community and
in helping us in what we do.
The current governor vacancies are as
follows:
-
East Berkshire and
Boarders (x1 vacancy)
-
Staff: Health Care Assistant/Ancillary (x1 vacancy)
-
Staff: Allied
Health Professionals/Scientific (x1 vacancy)
-
