Caroline worked initially as a trauma and orthopaedic nurse
in Bournemouth, Southampton and other trusts before progressing
into nurse management.
She has held a number of senior
roles, including divisional head of nursing and professions at
Southampton, before moving to take on a strategic role as deputy
chief nurse at South Central Strategic Health
Authority.
Caroline joined the Board in June 2012.
She lives in Southampton.
